Our boards are made from high grade #2 Pine. They are two by six's cut to fourteen inches in length. Every edge is hand routed. The entire board is sanded and two coats of Polyurethane are applied. The finishing touch is a fine steel wool sanding that has our boards completely splinter free and looking like glass. This highly smoothed finish prevents the Board Vest from suffering from any damage due to the boards.
